EU Residents & the GDPR

Though made applicable to all, acknowledging to GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) of the European Union (EU), we emphasize that EU residents have rights to access personal data about them, and to limit use and disclosure of their personal data. We are committed to respect those rights. We acknowledge potential liability in cases of onward transfer of personal data to third parties who do not meet the criteria as set forth in this Privacy Policy. We use an annual self-assessment to review the Company's and the Provider's compliance with this Privacy Policy. Any employee of the Company or the Provider who violates this Privacy Policy will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment.
